- 0%: You find the Buyer and there is no other agent involved. You don’t want our assistance with negotiating and paperwork – that’s okay. We will willingly release your listing. You pay nothing.
- 1%: You find the Buyer and there is no other agent involved. We write the contract, and process it through closing for you. Total commission to be 1%
- 4%: We procure the Buyer and write the contract. There is no other agent involved. Total commission to be 4%.
- 6%: Your property sells through a buyer procured through the MLS. Another agent represents the Buyer. Listing agent commission to be 3% and selling agent commission to be 3%. Total commission to be 6%.
Cancellation Policy: We don’t believe in locking you into a listing agreement if you are not satisfied. If you are unhappy for any reason we will cancel the listing agreement within 24 hours. No questions asked.
